Problem/Motivation

The Drupal 7 branch needs PHP 8.0, PHP 8.1, PHP 8.2 compatibility issues resolved among other improvements. I'm offering to take this on.
The Drupal 9/10 release could use the extra attention also.

Grant joseph.olstad maintainer permissions

Follow up in two weeks from now and see if any maintainers have noticed this request.
