Problem/Motivation

I using Simple Feedback Survey module version 3.0.x-dev@dev on Drupal version 9.4.8

I have created a new Survey. Under the new survey when I am going to create a new Survey Question, after pressing the save button the issue comes "The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later.". The issue Screenshot is also attached to this. But the strange thing is behind the scene the question was got saved into the DB.

I have also checked under the Recent Log messages and found three issues whose screenshot is attached.

Kindly help me out is the module compatible with Drupal version 9.4.8 or something else?

If any patch available to fix kindly let me know
