Need a banner for November 2022 Drupal 10 Porting event community event for promotion.

Proposed resolution

Update the banner from July 2022 Drupal 10 Porting event (#3295395: Create July 2022 Drupal 10 Porting event banner) banner with the new date: 18 to 20 November
(we don't know specific timezones now, so just date should be sufficient?)

Remaining tasks

  1. Create a new event banner image
  2. Use banner in different places like the community event page

I've updated the event page with an updated banner. I'm attaching the updated banner that Aaron Deutsch created. Note that I can't upload the Illustrator file here due to Drupal configuration restrictions.
