Just wondering if there's any chance seeing this type of functionality for menus built out via the Book module. I'm currently exploring a way in which you can hack the menu table to register books as a valid form of "menu". Any chance of this or something like it now that Books run off the menu hierarchy?

Ok, at first I thought this was a pretty esoteric idea. But I was surprised how easy it was when I actually looked into it.

And the idea helped me to understand the menu system better. So thanks for the suggestion! :-)

I tried this on the current release menu_block 6.x-2.3, and it seems to support book menu blocks, at least to a certain degree.

@stefan81: I believe that this issue has been resolved, so closing this issue again.
