Problem/Motivation

Currently when using the GCintranet theme, the GCintranet link in the header region links to the English intranet site on the French side.

Steps to reproduce

Fresh install of WxT, enable the Intranet theme on the wxt_library settings form. Go to any page on the French side and notice the GCintranet link points to https://intranet.canada.ca/index-eng.asp.

Proposed resolution

Provide language code in ISO 639-2 format for page templates and use this to dynamically change the link.
