Need a banner for August 2022 Drupal 10 Porting event community event for promotion.

Proposed resolution

Update the banner from July 2022 Drupal 10 Porting event (#3295395: Create July 2022 Drupal 10 Porting event banner) banner with the new date: August 26th
(we don't know specific timezones now, so just date should be sufficient)

Remaining tasks

  1. Create a new event banner image
  2. Use banner in different places like the community event page and Open Social
