I would like to see a scoreboard api, much like the "my result" now in the "my account" navigation page. However, I want it to be able more customizable which could export the statistics, so that one might able to generate chart (like those wii big brain academy) but those chart drawing module.

Moreover, I would also like to see it could show a table score/statistic of different "subjects", like score for "Math, English, Biology, Chemistry,...etc".

Won't fix however in 7.x-5.x everything is exposed to Entity API/Views/Rules so this is entirely possible now.
