Problem/Motivation

When logged in as a local Drupal user (without o365 sso) you cannot cerate groups if the o365_groups module is enabled.

Proposed resolution

Better check access for the field_o365_groups_teams_id field.

Added an updated fix in the 3.0.10 release of the module.
