I wanna rename each story's path by its tag. Anyone can give me some help?

Sounds like more of a pathauto module thing than path.

Yes this is what the contrib Pathauto module is for. Also useful but possibly not needed for this use case: Pathauto + Views and Views Bulk Operations.
