There is a site at hosting with a e-mail. The e-mail works fine, emails post from it and send to it. But WebForm does not send e-mails to it local box. To boxes at another hosting, such as gmail it works well. Why?

Webform does not treat local emails any different from remote ones. Check if your Drupal installation can send e-mails to local addresses through other means, like a password reset or through Drupal core's contact.module. I use user@localhost e-mails constantly for testing Webform's e-mails during development.
