Description:
In order to provide sites with the most complete information on which PHP versions are supported and recommended for their current installation, \Drupal::MINIMUM_SUPPORTED_PHP
is deprecated and replaced by \Drupal\Core\PhpRequirements::minimumSupportedPhp()
.
The PHP version is set based on the known and expected release cycles for both PHP and Drupal. See #3223443: [policy, no patch] Process for dealing with EOL PHP versions during the Drupal 10 and future release cycles for more information on the Drupal 9.4+ PHP support policies under discussion.
