path:, topic: and base_url: have changed in advanced_help 1.1 as well as the d7 help patch to use &path&, &topic:module/topic& and &base_url&. This patch updates the help files. It looks like &base_url& had already been updated.

I fixed this along with #324610: Advanced help hooks for fields and widgets, and made sure those new files used the new pattern.
