Problem/Motivation

Current sliders are completely opaque to what the minimum, maximum, and current value is. Why use a slider versus an integer value implementation?

Recommend providing a non-slider version of each setting for transparency and fine-tuned customization.

I incorporated this into #3231972: QR Custom Logo with optional image style, but happy to apply this here as well.

A few thoughts:

* These fields should be marked as required.
* Moving them to integers negates the maximum value, and only adds a minimum integer value (0) to set.
