Problem/Motivation

From #3174334: UX test of issue fork and MR :

R. Back at the issue, I see "jonathanshaw opened merge request !2". Great. I did not make a MR description, but if I had done it would have been nice if it was shown here in the issue comment.

Steps to reproduce

Go to any issue page with open merge request(s). All open merge requests are at https://git.drupalcode.org/groups/project/-/merge_requests

Proposed resolution

Add the current description, maybe title too.

Start within a Git clone of the project using the version control instructions.
