The Configure link is missing in Modules listing page, below module description.

Steps to reproduce

After login with admin credentials, go to the Extend(Modules listing page) section, Refer to the attached Issue.PNG

Able to reproduce issue , configure option was missing from module listing page. After applying patch (configure_link-3164819-2.patch) , it worked fine. Screenshot Attached.
