Sponsorship updates
- Three sponsor deadlines coming up this week: core sponsor speaker slot, core and contrib sponsor t-shirt logo, core and contrib sponsors deliver swag for t-shirt boxes
- Aten is committed as a core sponsor
- Platform.sh is in for higher ed sponsorship
- Palantir is in for supporting sponsorship

T-shirt logo deadline for sponsors
- Need to get logos from core and contrib sponsors by Friday, 7/24

Session submission updates
- Submission deadline is extended until 7/22.
- We'll send acceptance emails on 7/29

Summit updates
- No major updates related to planning
- Two summits have sponsors!
_ The organizing teams are meeting this week to continue planning

Training updates
- All of our trainers are good to go. The main thing we have left here is to figure out logistics of the trainings actually happening.

Website updates
- Attendee list opt out is pushed up to production
- Working on public facing attendee list and schedule now

- T-shirt designs are ready to go
- Slide deck is ready to go
- Sponsor badges are ready for review

Review sponsor badges
- Phil will update these for each sponsor level and send out updated versions

Contrib day planning
- We'll do contrib day on Sunday afternoon

Hopin demo
- Chris will create a list of what she needs out of the platform for summits
- Need to dig in to how we'll set up trainings, but we'll also do trainings and BOFs
- Summit needs: 20+ people at once, 2-3 hosts, breakout rooms, polling
