There was just a recent release of 8.x-1.2, but it introduced a regression solved by #3110139: Fix Notice: Undefined index: extlink_target_no_override in extlink_page_attachments().

This is just a ticket to include that and other fixed issues in the next release.

Can you add Release Notes to version 1.3? Eg version 1.2 has detailed release notes so people can see what's been fixed.
