When posting via blogapi and the post title includes encoded special characters such as """ - blogapi escapes the encoding tag causing the tag itself to be displayed instead of the special character when the post is viewed. E.g., I post:

This is a "Test" Post

and post gets displayed as:

This is a "Test" Post
