Draft when paging

There is a setting that says, Automatically save as draft when paging, previewing, and when there are validation errors. The help text says, Automatically save partial submissions when users click the "Preview" button or when validation errors prevent a webform from being submitted.

There is a discrepancy between the texts in that the help text does not suggest that drafts are made when paging. With HUGE forms, my users really want an automatic draft when paging.

I don't know if this is a bug or if I just misunderstand this setting, so I set this to "support." If it is a bug, please change that.
