The Content Security Policy module currently adds style-src 'unsafe-inline' when necessary for IE9, but has now implemented an event that allows IE9 module to take over this responsibility.

Duplicate values are filtered when outputting the policy, so it's fine if csp and ie9 overlap in altering the policy.
