I'm using the Kubrick theme, and for some reason when I type in the primary and secondary links in the theme configuration, only the last link I add will show up at the top. Does anyone have any tips for me on how to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm having the same problem. I'm using the Connections theme and I have tried other themes as well, but only the last item in the primary and secondary links is showing up on the site. I'm using v4.6.6 with the PHPTemplate engine.

Nevermind - I found the answer on this post: http://drupal.org/node/51860

The issue was that the URL's for all my links were the same for testing purposes.
