Followup to #2874149: Create a tax_number field type and use it on customer profiles.

We have a formatter, it shows the tax number and the verification state.
But it doesn't show the timestamp or the result (name/address, or the error).
Let's do that here. I'd love a link that showed the result in a tooltip/modal.
