Problem/Motivation

The media and media_library views don't have a description, unlike other views provided by core.

Proposed resolution

Add descriptions for these views:

  • Media: "Find and manage media". This follows the same format as the Content, Comments, and Files admin listings.
  • Media Library: TBD. Can this use the same description? This one provides 3 displays. The main page serves the same purpose as the media view (shows the same things, just in a different style). The other displays are used for the widget dialog, so maybe that deserves a mention.
