Problem/Motivation

The language.entity.de and language.entity.es configuration files in the testing_multilingual testing profile do not match the imported state. They are missing the dependencies key and they are sorted incorrectly.

Proposed resolution

Fix the files to match the state after importing them.

Found this via #2990259: Add a configuration translation to ConfigOverlayTestingLanguageTest and add a ConfigOverlayTestingMultilingualTest in Config Overlay. Profile configuration is not covered by DefaultConfigTest and we don't want to test our tests, so I think just fixing it is the way to go.
