Permissions are not synced with GroupRoleSynchronizer

Problem/Motivation

I created a global role called group member. The role has the permission to create xyz node. On creating the global role, group member, a role is created gtype-hashid for group type gtype. However, the permission for creating the node is not present. I was expecting the permission create group_node:xyz entity to be present.
