We need to set up Sendgrid or something similar for our Pantheon-hosted site, or else email notifications from our site, such as webform submissions, password-reset emails, registration emails, etc. may fail.

It's just a known issue with cloud-based hosting. Can someone set this up for us?

Done. Sendgrid password is in TCDrupal vault on 1Password.
