Steps to test

  • Enable standard profile
  • Enable entity browser example module
  • go to /admin/structure/types/manage/entity_browser_test/form-display
  • Open settings for "Nodes" field
  • Select rendered entity under Entity display plugin
  • Select a view mode, such as "Teaser"
  • Click "Update" button.
  • You should see the view mode listed in the field widget settings summary.
