Hi, Just did a clean install of this module on a site and when nothing has been changed, going to a node/add/* page gives the following error message:

* warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /var/www/vhosts/theraggedyedge.co.uk/httpdocs/sites/all/modules/markitup/markitup.module on line 167.
* warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /var/www/vhosts/theraggedyedge.co.uk/httpdocs/sites/all/modules/markitup/markitup.module on line 216.

Clicking save on the markitup settings page will get rid of the editor, but there is still a problem - I cannot seem to show the editor on the page - and I have replicated the settings I am using in a different install, which was installed before the last batch of commits to the module.

Make input format and editor associations: both filtered HTML (default) and full HTML are defaulted to 'none'. I believe choosing default or your custom editor will help. Also, default button set seems to be broken — use (and customize) html set instead.
