Problem/Motivation

The /articles/baking-mishaps-our-troubleshooting-tips article on Umami uses the UK spelling of "tyre" rather than the US spelling "tire".

Umami content should be written in US English.

Proposed resolution

Replace "tyre" with "tire".
Check the article for other possible UK English uses.
