joseph.olstadFixed, if you're using 1.x and unable to upgrade to 2.x you should upgrade to version 1.7 or newer.
otherwise, it is recommended to upgrade or migrate to 2.x.

BTW, the reason I'm unable to update to 2.x is it breaks my text editor and I tried going through the install steps on a dev copy of my site but I ran into a road block and out of time
