Problem/Motivation

We'd like the ability to alter the Lullabot\AMP\AMP object created in _amp_create_amp_converter().

In our case, we'd like to add some custom passes to the Lullabot\AMP\AMP::$passes array.

Proposed resolution

Invoke an alter hook in _amp_create_amp_converter()
