When updating the module form 8.x-5.0-rc1 tot 8.x-5.0-rc2 with 'drush up webform',
I've noticed that the dependency Contribute was not auto enabled.

Enabled Contribute manually.

I thought it would automatically be enabled. The attached patch should fix this issue. I will tag new (hotfix) release in the next day or so.

Downloaded 8.x-5.0-dev and first uninstalled Contribute.
Added the patched (manually) & run update database (drush updb).

Contribute is now auto enabled!
