Allow users to select their preferred HTML tag [#2936818]

Per discussion in #2936038: CKEditor Limit allowed HTML tags and correct faulty HTML remove <i>, users should be able to select their own preferred HTML tag for use with Font Awesome, rather than being forced to use the default <i> tag.
