Fieldgroup form_alters a 'Display in group' dropdown into the fields settings form. This is from old times, assignment of fields into groups (and their ordering) is now done in the 'Manage fields' page.

I propose we remove that element from the fields settings form. Serves no purpose, adds clutter.

Actually this is needed for content_copy macros. Until we can get rid of macros, we need to keep this, at least as a #type = 'value' Form element

heh, I just noticed that content_copy import doesn't rely on drupal_execute anymore for fields and fieldgroups, so we can get rid of the 'group' form element completely... Done.
