Ubercart 5.x 1.3 on Drupal 5.9 - White Screen of Death

Im working on a hosted site so dont have root access. I FTP up Drupal 5.9 and it WORKS GREAT!!!.
Ive obtained and have also FTPed up TAPIR, Workflow plan, uBrowser and Token (all of the prerequisites for Ubercart as well as Ubercart itself.
When I install all of the prerequisite modules all is OK... Once I install the 4 cores of Ubercart... WSOD (white screen of Death) but without access to the apache logs, cant really see why Ive got the problem. The WSOD does not happen at the front page, just the admin page. Can anyone shed any light.
Ive tried to replicate this on a localhost that Ive put up on my own PC but cant replicate the WSOD.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like PHP isn't allocated enough memory at server.
Here is a check list.
1) Check the memory allocated PHP in your local site.
2) Compare it with that of server.
3) Try after setting maximum time limit to 60 in php.ini (most probable, you don't have access to this file. ;)).

4) If you can solve the problem by any other way, please share it with the community.
