Fatal error: Class 'GroupTypeController' not found in /drupal-7.54.2/includes/common.inc on line 8242

Not sure if it is caused by the enabling group and group node at the same time. It is not a vanilla drupal 7 installation so I'll need still need to figure out what causes this. In the meantime this Fatal error keeps appearing.. will need to disable the modules in the database.

Hints are welcome

After removing the module and retrying the install with only the Group module (without other modules), the same fatal error reappears.

Just because there's something wrong on your end does not mean this is a critical bug in group itself. Check out https://www.drupal.org/project/registry_rebuild and try that to fix your website.

The class is there, so as far as I am concerned, this is fixed unless you can provide steps to reproduce on a clean installation (e.g.: simplytest.me): http://cgit.drupalcode.org/group/tree/classes/group_type.controller.inc?...
