Navigation edit URL, i deleted it, can you please cut and paste an example?

Hi there, you know on top navigation & the click to edit URL, i deleted this awhile back, i will put this URL now in the admin section, what is it?

an example depends on the theme you are using. If you are using phptemplate, then you would just put the link in the box provided on the theme page

if it is xtemplate based, you use the standard a href link in the box.
