ergonlogicWhile I appreciate the convenience this module would provide, I have serious concerns about the security repercussions. I think it's fine in a development scenario, but I'd hesitate to even make it available on a production hosting system.

colanAgreed. Generally, we don't hand out back-end access through the front-end.

Jon PughFair enough. I can understand leaving out certain modules, just in case Drupal admin access is a vulnerability (which certainly it can be).
Perhaps we create a new category of modules that are not included but are considered "supported"?
I do include this module in devmaster and plan to continue support for it.
