Profile Reuse

We need to get shipping working well with the changes in PR 760 Expand the commerce_profile_select form element with the ability to reuse profiles https://github.com/drupalcommerce/commerce/pull/760 since those of us using profile reuse and billing same as shipping can't anymore use PR 715/716 with RC commerce. See commerce issue https://www.drupal.org/node/2844920

For shipping to work with PR 760 some changes are needed, and can be found here

Attached is one more patch to fix the field widget for the shipping method so it works with all this.
