is that what you fixed. if i upload the files on the right place and make a status report. The version numbers don't correspond to what i uploaded.

jrockowitz CreditAttribution: jrockowitz as a volunteer commentedThe minor version number does not have to be exact. The Webform module is using only the most recent version of each library that is available via a CDN.
You should absolutely spend the time to get drush working.
