Let's expand this to all image fields in Open Social - Allowed file extensions: png, gif, jpg, jpeg

Current status of all Image field upload settings:

Allowed file extensions: gif, jpg, jpeg (please add "png" extension)
Basic page, field_page_image
Event, field_event_image
Topic, field_topic_image
Open Groups, field_group_image
Closed Groups, field_group_image


Allowed file extensions: png, gif, jpg, jpeg
Book Page, field_book_image
Post Image, field_post_image
User profile, field_profile_image

I agree. We should not restrict distro developers in this. Let's add png for all these image fields.

Tested patch on new install of OS1.6. Works as per #7 requested- all image fields include png file extension.
**This patch makes changes to new installs only.**
