Occurs when both modules enabled.

Don't know at this stage whether issue is with one of the modules or both. Will raise the ticket on both modules with bi-directional linking. If one of the modules is identified with requiring the fix, then the other ticket will be closed with a comment advising.

This is seen with Drupal 8 however there is a very old ticket that mentions AddToAny in Drupal 6 - https://www.drupal.org/node/1779878 not sure if this would help the thought processes for any troubleshooting or not. I found this issue because I searched for my issue first before creating it.

For the record: With Drupal 8.3.5, AddToAny 8.x-1.8 and EU Cookie Compliance 8.x-1.0-beta7 I am able to see both the AddToAny buttons and the cookie banner on a test site.

Closing - works as designed.

It was a problem with the theme not the module. I switched to built-in theme bartik and both addtoany buttons and eu_cookie_compliance show.
