Allow for image style selection when using the "Download link" option for images

There are scenarios in which one might want users to download an image that has been styled instead of the original uploaded image. Just like the normal image formatter allows one to select the image style to display, it would be great if the "Download link" formatter allowed one to choose which image style to make available for download.

For my use case, I want users to be able to download different sizes of a given image. This module (https://www.drupal.org/project/image_formatter_link_to_image_style) contains some of that functionality, but only displays an image, not a text link with icon and size.
