I may be missing the most obvious thing here, but how do you export a rule configuration using Features?

Rules not here

It doesnt appear as an option in my list, and there dont seem to be any sub modules im missing?

Can some one help?

Ah the Strongarm module is needed.

Even with Strongarm, my experience is that Rules don't appear on the configuration page for new features, and when an existing feature includes rules, they don't usually appear, either. I've given up on featurizing Rules. I export from the dev site and import into the live site -- not at all ideal, but it works.
