Element's Entity reference settings do not update dynamically

Entity reference settings do not update dynamically on selection.

Add element "Entity Select"
Type "taxonomy term"
Does not update the list of selectable vocabularies.
Content type list remains visible and required.

Workaround: select "taxonomy term" of fe. type "page" and save.
Edit the element again and the list of vocabularied is available, but one needs to reselect the selection handler.

For Entity autocomplete with possibility to create new entities one need to do another save round to populate the "Store new item in" selection.
