I'm adding the class (.panels-flexible-region) and saving - the added class disappears, leaving nothing but .block. So I can't get this to work at all.

Any ideas? Thanks...

I am having the same problem saving any classes. Will this patch correct the issue?

I have 7.x-1.0 installed on Drupal 7 but when I go to Modules > Update jQuery Auto Height 7.x-2.0 is not on the list?

Please follow these steps:

1. Uninstall the module (7.x-1.0 version) from the modules page.
2. Delete this module completely in the sites/all/modules path.
3. Add the latest module (version - 7.x-2.0).
4. Run update.php
5. Enable the new module.
