Support hashing of unique id

We use this module to connect to DigiD, The identity platform of the Dutch Government. The only attribute we get back is the bsn number which is like a social security number. Obviously we don't want that number to show up in the logs or username.

This patch will add the possibility to hash the unique id and attribute used for user_name. The hashing function is same as is used in Drupal voor Gemeente
