HI,

I install BEF and my reset functionality within view is working fine.

BUt the problem is "reset" button show up after i select something BUT my requirement is show "Reset" even i haven't submit/select anything.

The reset button and when it appears is controlled by Views in core, not BEF. Sorry, but it is the default functionality is to only show the reset option after something has been selected (otherwise there is nothing to reset).

You're welcome to open an issue in the Drupal core views issue queue, but I doubt you'll get much interest in changing this. Sorry.
