Has somebody an idea, why the email handler does not display the admin title any more

have no idea and don't know where to look at to fix it.

What can I do

I tried to look all over the webworm

on the result display - the admin titles are shown
as well on html and table view

see pictures

and the form in YAML

and a view of the email handler setting
could it be because of the role assigned
