I'm trying to configure Rules to send out a notification email if

1) Checkout Step = payment

2) Payment Gateway = a particular payment

However, I can no longer add products to cart when this is configured with error as below.

Any advise on this please?

It looks like you're hitting into a Rules bug. You'll have to debug the rules code and/or open an issue in their queue.

We haven't had a chance to play with Rules on D8 so far. We'll accept any patches that the community provides to make Rules integration easier.
